A brand alone is no longer enough. Nobody chooses a logo. People choose belonging , human belonging: the feeling of being part of a community that reflects their values, identity, and growth. A company that cannot create belonging will be rejected, regardless of its prestige. The future is not a name on letterhead, but the ability to become a home.
